If the cargo is under terminal or customs operations information should be provided daily. Information is provided in forms and by means agreed in contract for logistic services: by e-mail, fax, or phone. Recently verbal variants became more advantageous as you can always check information on different stages of its formation. Internet comes out on top with its numerous advantages in information processing.
All customers of TransAl can immediately receive information about cargo traffic in the Internet on our web-site in tracking display field. All information is strictly confidential and no one but the authorized person controlling discharge of contract obligations between parties has access to tracking base.
Information about cargo transported by our company is updated every 48 hours or twice a week – on Tuesday and Friday. Information about terminal and customs services is updated every working evening. Information about airfreight is updated daily.
If you’re not our customer yet,don’t be sad because now you have this possibility. When signing a contract you’ll be provided your composite code and your identification number for access to tracking base at any time. Please find the instruction for using the tracking base below.

The tracking base of your cargo is supported by your personal manager who is responsible for discharge of company’s obligations to a customer and besides many other of his functions you can request additional information by other means of communication.
Information from the tracking display can be used by the parties as an element for dispute and responsibilities of the parties concerning information about cargo, problems in settlement of claims between the parties and discharge of obligations of cross liability for results of joint cooperation and projects.
